Thermobaby Vasco Bathtub
Childcare product design for the “Vasco” baby bathtub. Products were designed in our Studio and made in France for Thermobaby SAS, Auray France, 2019.
Challenges
In partnership with Actech, our technical design office, we have innovated on ultra-compact feet with a foldable “X” base which is attached to the underside of the bathtub. The product is entirely made in France and saves logistics and production costs to reach the first price market for large distribution.
Solutions
The design of the bathtub remembers the soft and generous curves of an Italian washbasin with simplicity of form and use. We have been mindful of details on all the intelligence of the object to develop a product with high added value.
The simplicity of use pushes innovation to new challenges.
