Poulpi Light Thermometer
Product design of a light thermometer for toddlers. Product is a work in progress object, designed and prototyped in our studio, France.
Challenges
Poulpi is a light thermometer adapted to toddlers, to check the T°C next to the child, like the T°C of the room or bath and the humidity in the air. It transmits all datas by visual signal to the parents.
Solutions
We worked as an innovative team in this project, consulting for technical advice to our technical partners in mecatronic sector. The shape of Poulpi is designed to be a friendly companion which stands up around toddlers for a better presence and lights up for communicating T°C. It can be put into the mouth and has no-wave or radio connections.
We challenged our knowledge of electronic objects to make it sensitive, smart and secure for parents and babies.
