Falk Trolley
Toy design of the new trolley for Falk 2019 collection. Product is designed in our studio and made in France for Plastiques Falquet Falk, France, 2018.
Challenges
The brief was to design a new trolley, smaller and cuter than the existing one. Challenge was to create a new system of wheel axis made entirely in plastic in order to save production cost and assembly, for a 100% French manufacture.
Solutions
We've found a great opportunity to draw a new design of axis made entirely in plastic, which is snap into the trolley shell and wheels. Holes for rake and shovel were also included into the shell for a better integration.
Design is in the details, a product has to deliver the best of its characteristics at every stage
